TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in planning coordinating and monitoring production activities for Solid Carbide Tools Indexable Tools and Special Purpose Cutting Tools.

Support shop floor operations to ensure production targets quality requirements and delivery schedules are achieved.

Assist in manufacturing processes including CNC Tool Grinding CNC Machining Edge Preparation Inspection and Packaging.

Monitor machine performance production output and downtime and report deviations to supervisors.

Coordinate with Production Quality Design Maintenance and Planning departments for smooth workflow and timely execution of orders.

Assist in monitoring quality parameters and support corrective actions for process-related issues.

Support new product trials process validation activities and product development projects.

Ensure proper handling of raw materials semi-finished products tools and finished goods during production activities.

PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Production Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Production Manufacturing CNC Machining or Engineering Industry.

Understanding of CNC machines cutting tools and precision manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of Solid Carbide Tools End Mills Drills Reamers and other cutting tools is desirable.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Basic knowledge of production planning quality control and shop floor practices.

Willingness to work on the shop floor and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
