Job Description:

Rigorous Governance: Establish maintain and enforce PMO governance frameworks stage-gate processes and compliance standards tailored to GPB&W requirements.
Day-to-Day Project Services: Drive daily operational PMO activities including meticulous RAID log management resource forecasting and budget/financial tracking.
Executive Reporting & Dashboards: Own the end-to-end delivery of status reporting milestones and KPIs. Translate complex project data into clean actionable insights for SteerCo and senior stakeholders.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the trusted advisor to Program Directors and Delivery Leads ensuring delivery alignment with broader business objectives.
