Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Google Ads (AdWords) / SEM Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning executing monitoring and optimising paid search campaigns to generate quality leads and maximise ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search Display Performance Max Shopping and YouTube).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimise
- campaigns to improve CTR Quality Score conversions and ROI.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and budget allocation.
- Perform A/B testing for ad copies landing pages and bidding strategies.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyse conversion data and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the SEO Content and Sales teams to improve lead generation.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and other SEO tools.
- Understanding of CPC CPA CTR ROAS Conversion Rate and Quality Score.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Computer Science or a related field.
- Google Ads Certification is preferred.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or Software Product Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
- 13 years of experience in Google Ads / SEM.
- Freshers with Google Ads certification and hands-on project experience may also apply.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Google Ads. Experience with Google Analytics (GA4). Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM). Keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and other SEO tools.
