Lead a 150 member delivery organization supporting US Payroll and Back-office Services for US clients. Drive service delivery client success operational excellence P& L and business growth while partnering with US stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US Payroll operations and large delivery teams.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery across Payroll HR & Benefits.
- Build strong client relationships and handle senior-level escalations.
- Drive SOPs process improvements quality and automation initiatives.
- Lead multi-shift operations productivity SLA and P&L performance.
Requirements
- 15-20 years of experience in US Payroll HR Shared Services BPM or PEO.
- Experience managing 100 employees.
- Strong US client-facing and offshore delivery experience.
- Any Graduate
