Global WFM Manager

What success looks like in this role:

Manages a Global Workforce Management team and is accountable for the teams day-to-day team members through the execution of various workforce planning estimating and other duties including:oReviewing organizational program and project requirements to develop and recommend staffing and related resource strategiesoCollaborating with People Analytics HR Business Partners and business leaders / program managers to understand staffing data trends and projections andoMonitoring workforce data real-time to identify issues and develop resolution with organization and business leaders to understand anticipated changes and how these will impact staffing and workforce and recommends solutions for issues escalated from team members internal clients or other relevant team members with both formal and informal (i.e. on the job) development opportunities.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 0-2 years leadership experience
