Job Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains value propositions and creates business cases to effectively communicate the benefits and justify investments ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and supporting decision-making processes. PM is accountable for business case development & realization. PM is accountable for commercial IB and technical simplicity. Is accountable for develping claim (clincial economic technical etc) ambition roadmaps and plans to drive and delvier on price points in partnership with key stakeholders
Develops comprehensive product software and lifecycle specifications aligned with strategic portfolio marketing strategies ensuring they meet customer needs and achieve long-term business objectives effectively.
Operates with limited supervision and broad guidelines to implement product strategies in collaboration with regional Centers of Excellence aiming to optimize product margins and ensuring alignment with overall business goals and financial targets.
Owns the execution of the claims roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize validated claims based on market trends and regulatory requirements while continuously optimizing the strategy through analysis of competitor activity customer insights and compliance needs.
Maintains relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to align their insights and advocacy with product strategy driving engagement through advisory boards and educational initiatives to enhance product credibility market influence and thought leadership while measuring impact on market adoption and positioning.
Collaborates extensively with regional cross-functional teams to guide channel strategies and develop robust go-to-market plans that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Evaluates market performance using advanced analytics and market insights to assess product success identify trends and make data-driven decisions to adjust strategies and enhance market competitiveness.
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards throughout the product lifecycle collaborating with regulatory affairs and quality assurance teams to mitigate risks and maintain product integrity.
Assists in developing testing protocols by providing support in designing implementing and refining procedures to ensure accurate and reliable evaluation of processes products or systems.
Manages the entire product development lifecycle process from concept through launch ensuring timely delivery adherence to quality standards and alignment with project objectives.
Monitors and analyzes product performance metrics to evaluate success identifies areas for improvement and informs strategic decisions for enhancing product effectiveness and achieving business objectives.
Maintains a deep understanding of industry dynamics technological advancements and market shifts and analyzes market trends competitive landscape and consumer behavior to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
Identifies opportunities and implements continuous improvement and innovation initiatives in product offerings informing strategic decisions for the product roadmap to enhance overall performance and align with market demands.
Youre the right fit if: (4 x bullets max)
Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelors in areas such as Product Management Project Management Marketing or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Masters Degree.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
