Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provide global 1st- and 2nd-level support for Siemens NX and Teamcenter
- Analyse classify and resolve incidents errors and performance issues
- Support maintain and further develop global CAD/PLM processes
- Create guidelines best practices and technical documentation
- Support system updates upgrades and global rollouts
- Support with customization and administration of Siemens NX and Teamcenter
- Train and support end users
- Contribute to global digitalization and standardization initiatives
- Ensure consistent templates and data management across all locations
Profile & Requirements
- Completed technical education (technical college university) in Mechanical Engineering IT Computer Science Mechatronics or a comparable field
- Strong expertise in Siemens NX (modelling drafting assemblies)
- Solid experience with Teamcenter (lifecycle and change management workflows)
- Familiarity with CAM process is a plus
- Prior experience in global support or application management is an advantage
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Strong service orientation and enthusiasm for international collaboration
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
