Global Finance Manager
Job Summary
Manage and oversee global financial operations including US accounting payroll invoicing reporting and compliance.
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.
Handle consolidation of financial statements and budgeting.
Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the companys status and financial forecasts.
Oversee the operations and development of the companys revenue departments including creating and reviewing policies budgeting recruiting training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
Manage the companys financial accounting monitoring and reporting systems
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Effectively manage US Canada and India accounting.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.
8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP IFRS and SOX compliance.
Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.
Excellent business judgment analytical and decision-making skills.
Strong demonstrated use of Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Experience in Quick-books & Zoho Books.
