The Opportunity

In this role you will contribute to the operational excellence and governance of a complex controlling environment that delivers planning reporting and closing services across multiple regions. You will serve as a key business partner supporting leadership teams through structured planning coordination and execution of strategic initiatives while ensuring effective collaboration across global stakeholders.

How Youll Make an Impact

• Act as a trusted business partner to global and regional finance stakeholders supporting strategic decision-making through financial and operational analysis.

• Analyze business performance identify trends risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to leadership teams.

• Develop and maintain management dashboards analytics solutions and reporting tools to improve visibility and transparency of key business metrics.

• Support budgeting forecasting financial reviews and month-end closing activities across the Function & Legal Entity Controlling organization.

• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives using technologies such as Power BI Power Automate SharePoint SAP and Microsoft 365 solutions.

• Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements translating them into scalable digital and process improvement solutions.

• Contribute to global process harmonization standardization and continuous improvement initiatives within finance operations.

• Support governance compliance and internal control requirements while ensuring high-quality data and reporting standards.

• Prepare executive-level presentations leadership communications and decision-support materials for senior stakeholders.

• Maintain and continuously improve the FLE service catalogue to enhance transparency consistency and service delivery excellence.

Your Background

• Masters degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Data Analytics or a related discipline.

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Finance Controlling FP&A Accounting Business Analytics or Finance Transformation roles.

• Strong understanding of financial statements budgeting forecasting reporting month-end close and controlling processes.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Power BI SAP Power Automate SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications.

• Proven experience in process improvement standardization automation and digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into meaningful business insights.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working in global and matrix-based organizations.

• Self-motivated customer-focused and adaptable professional with a continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.

• Experience supporting finance transformation analytics AI-driven solutions or enterprise digitalization initiatives.
