Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Generative AI Python Developer to design develop and deploy production-grade AI applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python Generative AI Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Prompt Engineering and AI workflow orchestration. This role involves building scalable AI-powered backend services and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop test and deploy production grade AI applications using Python.
• Design and implement generative AI models and solutions tailored to specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms seamlessly.
• Utilize advanced AI techniques including prompt engineering embeddings and retrieval augmented generation.
• Work on AI workflow orchestration to streamline generative AI operations and improve efficiency Ensure code quality scalability and performance of AI driven applications.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI generative models and Python frameworks to enhance project outcomes.
• Lead the design and development of AI powered backend services within the Blueverse Generative AI cluster Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices that support AI functionalities Implement and optimize AI pipelines including retrieval augmented generation RAG and vector search.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure seamless data flow and model integration.
• Participate in code reviews debugging and troubleshooting to maintain high quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on AI best practices and Python development Contribute to continuous integration and deployment CICD processes to ensure smooth and reliable production releases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain LangGraph LlamaIndex or similar AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of OpenAI Azure OpenAI Anthropic Gemini or other LLM platforms.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone Milvus Weaviate Chroma or FAISS.
• Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
• Exposure to MLOps AI observability and model deployment best practices.
