The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in business development operational excellence and team leadership within the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business development and achieve revenue targets
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers
Lead end-to-end sales and operations across the region
Ensure efficient fleet utilization and seamless transportation operations
Manage branch profitability budgeting and operational KPIs
Lead mentor and develop high-performing sales and operations teams
Ensure customer satisfaction through service excellence and timely execution
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 810 years of experience in the Logistics & Transportation Industry
FTL (Full Truck Load) experience is mandatory
Proven experience in business generation key account management and revenue growth
Strong understanding of transportation operations fleet management and supply chain processes
Excellent leadership negotiation and decision-making skills
Ability to manage P&L operations and cross-functional teams
