General Manager – India

Job Description:

People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a General Manager to lead the creation and expansion of a new Forex & CFD brand targeting the Indian market.

You will build local teams develop IB and affiliate partnerships and execute the commercial strategy from market entry through to long-term scale. The interview is directly with the CEO/Owner.

Critical Requirements

• Fluent Hindi and English
• 10 years in Business Development including 5 years in a senior leadership role within Forex/CFD
• Strong knowledge of the Indian trading market
• Experience building and scaling commercial teams and operations
• Experience with CRM lead conversion and CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models
• Strategic leadership and P&L management
• Based in SEA or MENA (candidates based in India cannot be considered due to local regulation)

Nice to Have

• Existing network of Indian IBs and affiliates

Salary: Approx. $15000$20000 per month
