Job Description GenAI / LibreChat Engineer
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated GenAI / LibreChat Engineer with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) LibreChat framework customization and modern DevOps/containerization technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design development deployment and optimization of AI-driven conversational solutions while ensuring compliance documentation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

. Customize and enhance the LibreChat framework using Python and Node JS.
. Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI processing technologies to build AI-powered solutions.
. Develop integrate and deploy AI/ML models using containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker Kubernetes and AKS.
. Support DevOps activities including CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.
. Prepare technical documentation reports performance evaluations and knowledge transfer materials.
. Ensure deliverables comply with EU AI Act standards and governance requirements.
. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to model performance integrations and deployments.
. Collaborate with stakeholders technical teams and business users for successful project delivery.
. Conduct internal training sessions and create instructional materials related to fine-tuning and AI technologies.
. Participate in project planning scheduling risk management and stakeholder communication activities.

Mandatory Skills

. Strong experience with LibreChat Framework.
. Proficiency in Python and Node JS.
. Familiarity with LLM Models and GenAI technologies.
. Experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline activities.
. Strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.
. Understanding of EU AI Act compliance requirements.

Preferred / Optional Skills

. Experience with AKS Docker Kubernetes and container orchestration.
. Basic understanding of UI/UX concepts.
. Project management and stakeholder management skills.
. Experience in troubleshooting model and data integration issues.
. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
. Experience in delivering training and instructional sessions.
