Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI Machine Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and deploying AI-powered solutions leveraging modern GenAI frameworks and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build and optimize applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Work on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning models.
• Fine-tune evaluate and deploy AI/ML models in production environments.
• Integrate AI solutions with business applications and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in Software Development AI/ML or related domains.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Generative AI (GenAI)
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Machine Learning (ML)
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain LlamaIndex Hugging Face OpenAI APIs or similar.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings.
• Knowledge of model deployment optimization and evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• Exposure to prompt engineering agentic AI and multimodal AI applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
