Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with 4 to 7 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing building and deploying scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions with a specialized focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI.
In this role you will work on state-of-the-art MLOps practices construct intelligent AI agents and develop self-service analytics solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers data engineers backend developers and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality AI-powered solutions deployed across hybrid and native cloud environments.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Design and develop AI and Machine Learning models with a strong emphasis on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI technologies.
Explore implement train fine-tune and evaluate AI models using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Manage MLOps lifecycles including model training deployment monitoring and optimization using Python and Project Jupyter toolsets.
Develop self-service analytics solutions utilizing Python and SQL to support data-driven decision-making.
Build and deploy intelligent AI agents and agentic workflows including Model Context Protocol (MCP) server-based solutions.
Apply software engineering best practices to ensure code quality maintainability testing and documentation standards.
Deploy and manage workloads in hybrid and cloud-native environments with a focus on Red Hat OpenShift and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Enhance data-driven solutions by supporting data ingestion transformation reporting and machine learning capabilities.
Identify manual bottlenecks and develop automated AI-powered workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate throughout the product lifecycle from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation and deployment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable secure and production-ready AI solutions.
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in Artificial Intelligence Generative AI MLOps and Cloud Computing.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in designing and developing AI/ML solutions particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI.
Expertise in Python and SQL.
Experience with Docker and Microservices-based deployments.
Hands-on experience with data processing and API development frameworks such as:
oPandas
oNumPy
oFlask
Strong understanding of MLOps practices model lifecycle management and model evaluation techniques.
Experience using Project Jupyter and related AI/ML development toolsets.
Hands-on experience with Hybrid Cloud Environments.
Experience working with Red Hat OpenShift and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Knowledge of software engineering principles required to build and deploy intelligent AI agents and agentic workflows.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience within the Financial Services Banking Internal Audit or other highly regulated industries.
Understanding of Big Data Analytics and modern AI architectures.
Experience with Data Warehousing solutions.
Knowledge of advanced ETL Pipelines and Data Engineering concepts.
Experience with Vector Databases RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI orchestration frameworks.
Familiarity with Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and enterprise AI governance practices.
