About the Role
We are hiring a GenAI Engineer who can code build and deploy production-ready AI solutions. The ideal candidate is hands-on with Python LLM frameworks (Lang Chain Llama Index) and has experience in creating reusable agentic components. Youll work on integrating both OpenAI and open-source LLMs into scalable cloud-based solutions that deliver real business value.
Key Responsibilities

. Design build and deploy LLM-powered applications and agents for automation and workflow optimization.
. Develop reusable agentic components aligned with our tech stack.
. Work hands-on with Python Lang Chain and Llama Index.
. Leverage OpenAI APIs and open-source LLMs (e.g. GPT Llama Gemini etc.).
. Prepare and process structured/unstructured datasets for fine-tuning or training models.
. Deploy scalable solutions on cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and manage the lifecycle with MLOps best practices.
. Stay up to date with the latest GenAI/LLM advancements and apply them to real-world problems.

Qualifications & Skills

. 7 years total experience with 3 years in NLP/LLMs.
. Strong Python coding skills (must be hands-on).
. Proven experience with Lang Chain Llama Index and other agentic frameworks.
. Ability to design reusable production-grade AI components.
. Practical experience with both proprietary (OpenAI) and open-source LLMs.
. Experience deploying solutions on Azure (preferred) or other major cloud platforms.

Strong problem-solving skills with afocus on building not theory.
