This leadership role coordinates cutting sewing and finishing "incharge" can refer to different specialized areas their exact duties vary by department:1. Production InchargeFocuses on the overarching apparel manufacturing : Develop daily and weekly production schedules based on buyer : Allocate manpower and machines effectively to maximize throughput and minimize : Ensure a smooth progression from the cutting department to the sewing floor and finally to packaging.2. Quality InchargeEnsures all manufactured garments meet brand specifications and compliance : Conduct in-line and end-line random inspections to catch defects : Maintain and verify Internal Final Inspection Control: Analyze root causes for rejects and enforce rework protocols to reduce returns.3. Fabric/Store InchargeOversees the raw materials and inventory necessary for Management: Track stocks of fabric trims accessories and packaging materials to ensure uninterrupted : Distribute raw materials to cutting floors or vendors while strictly following FIFO (First-In First-Out) Checks: Verify fabric shrinkage weight and general quality before releasing it into production.4.
