## About the Role
As an Equity Research Analyst you will play a pivotal role in developing proprietary investment theses and providing actionable investment recommendations. This position requires in-depth financial analysis continuous market monitoring and a strong focus on assessing downside risks to maximize risk-adjusted returns for our portfolio managers.

## Key Responsibilities
- Study company financial statements earnings reports and industry trends to build proprietary investment theses.
- Create detailed Excel models to forecast future earnings project cash flows and value target securities.
- Provide private buy sell or hold recommendations directly to portfolio managers rather than publishing public reports.
- Track existing investments daily update financial models after earnings releases and re-evaluate strategies when market conditions shift.
- Focus heavily on what can go wrong with an investment assessing downside risks and helping size portfolio positions to maximize risk-adjusted returns.
- Maintain continuous coverage of industry-related news trends and developments sharing relevant insights with clients and Partners.
- Conduct primary research through industry sources and market interactions.

## Requirements
- MBA / CA / CFA qualification.
- Relevant equity research experience.
