Fund Accounting

• Location:Bangalore (BDC 7)
• Work Model:100% RTO 5-day work week US/UK shift flexibility
• Compensation:
  • CL8: Up to 26 LPA
  • CL9: Up to 17.4 LPA
• Target Skills:Fund Accounting NAV Calculation/Validation Investment Operations Asset Valuation
• Preferred Experience:Private Equity Funds (first preference); Hedge Funds/Mutual Funds may be considered based on relevance

Mandatory Screening Criteria:

• Strong Fund Accounting and NAV experience
• Genuine people management exposure
  • CL9: Team handling (preferably 10 members 4 years)
  • CL8: Associate Manager-level team and stakeholder management experience
• Willingness for Bangalore location US/UK shifts 100% RTO and BOT model
• Immediate to 30-day joiners preferred
