FULLSTACK DEVELOPER – REACT JS &amp NODE JS MERN STACK

Key responsibilities:

• Build the Full Talent Picture web portal with employee profiles across eight data areas: onboarding goals performance competencies learning and development succession career history and restricted HR notes
• Develop an AI-generated employee overview and aggregated dashboards for Learning and Development and organisational-development insights
• Develop automated scoring engines including goal-quality mid-year-signal and manager-feedback-quality scores
• Build text-analysis components to classify free-text manager feedback using defined keyword families weights and thresholds
• Build scheduled and validated data-integration pipelines from Workday HCM the L&D portal competency-assessment data internal dashboards and Excel trackers into a consolidated employee data store
• Implement role-based access control and field-level visibility rules for reporting managers HRBPs and senior leaders while protecting sensitive fields
• Develop performance-evaluation trends career-velocity metrics attrition-risk indicators prioritisation lists and a correlation tracker for mid-year versus final-rating divergence
• Write tested documented and reviewable code under the Tech Strategy Teams governance
• Deploy the solution to internal infrastructure support a single-function pilot and contribute to enterprise rollout

Required skills and experience:

• 3-6 years of full-stack software-engineering experience building and deploying production web applications
• Strong front-end proficiency in React Angular or Vue with experience building responsive and data-dense dashboards and user interfaces
• Experience with charting libraries such as D3 or Highcharts
• Back-end experience in or Python frameworks such as Django or FastAPI
• Strong experience in REST API design and authentication and authorisation implementation including RBAC
• Strong SQL and data-modelling skills
• Experience building ETL and integration pipelines from heterogeneous sources including databases spreadsheets and enterprise systems
• Experience with Git-based workflows code reviews unit testing integration testing and maintainable documentation
• Proven judgement in handling sensitive personal HR or performance data with strict confidentiality and security awareness
