Fullstack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong backend engineering skills and hands-on AI experience. You should be comfortable working across the stack but your core strength should be building scalable backend systems APIs and AI-powered product features.

You will own features end-to-end from architecture and development to deployment monitoring and support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design build and maintain scalable backend services APIs and distributed systems

• Build AI-powered features using LLMs such as OpenAI Anthropic Gemini or similar

• Develop RAG pipelines vector search agent workflows and AI integrations

• Work with databases including SQL and NoSQL; optimize schemas queries and indexes

• Build async and event-driven systems using queues workers WebSockets or streaming

• Develop frontend features using React TypeScript HTML and CSS

• Collaborate with Product Design QA and Engineering teams to ship high-quality products

• Own features across the full lifecycle: design build deploy monitor and support

Skills required

• 3-4 years of software engineering experience

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript REST APIs GraphQL and backend architecture

• Good hands-on experience with React / and modern frontend development

• Strong understanding of databases caching async processing and system design

• Experience integrating LLMs or building AI-powered product features

• Familiarity with RAG vector databases prompt engineering AI observability and latency optimization

• Experience with testing performance optimization security and production deployments

Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time audio STT/TTS conversational AI or multimodal AI

• Experience with Docker Kubernetes AWS/GCP/Azure or CI/CD pipelines

• Open-source contributions or strong personal projects
