Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer (Golang) to design develop and maintain scalable backend services using Go. You will build high-performance applications work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB implement concurrent systems using goroutines and channels and ensure the reliability and scalability of our backend infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of modern backend development practices.

What Youll Do:

Design develop and maintain scalable backend services using Go (Golang).
Implement concurrent efficient and scalable solutions using goroutines channels and sync primitives.
Design optimize and manage PostgreSQL and MongoDB schemas queries and indexes.
Collaborate with frontend product and engineering teams to deliver reliable high-performance features.
Debug troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a strong focus on performance and reliability.
Write clean modular well-documented and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
Contribute to system architecture code reviews testing and technical documentation.
Monitor application health performance and reliability using metrics and observability tools.
Participate in CI/CD processes and help improve deployment and development workflows.

What Were Looking For:

23 years of hands-on experience in Go (Golang) development.
Strong proficiency in concurrent programming using goroutines channels and sync primitives.
Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB including schema design query optimization indexing and database interactions.
Familiarity with WebSockets and building real-time applications.
Good understanding of clean architecture modular design and backend development best practices.
Strong debugging analytical and problem-solving skills with experience troubleshooting production systems.

Nice-to-Haves

Prior experience implementing WebSocket-based systems including client/server and hub patterns.
Familiarity with agentic workflow integrations.
Experience with Prometheus metrics health checks and application monitoring.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines containerized microservices and modern deployment workflows.
