About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Technical Lead with strong expertise in MERN Stack AWS Cloud Services AI-enabled development practices and team leadership. The candidate will be responsible for leading development teams driving technical decisions ensuring project delivery and mentoring engineers while building scalable enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design architecture and development of web applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive architecture decisions and establish development standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best coding practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders product managers and clients.
• Lead sprint planning estimation scrum ceremonies and retrospectives.
• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure and deployments on AWS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity.
• Ensure application performance security scalability and reliability.
• Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
