Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

- 5 years building Angular applications (Angular 12 preferred): TypeScript RxJS NgRx/Akita Angular Material unit/e2e testing.
- 5 years 6/7/8 ( Core Web API Entity Framework Core dependency injection configuration middleware).
- Strong SQL skills and experience with one major RDBMS; comfort with schema design migrations performance tuning.
- Production experience integrating ML into applications:
- Using or consuming Python-based models via REST/gRPC.
- Understanding of feature engineering model evaluation metrics (AUC F1 RMSE/MAPE) and inference performance considerations.
- Experience with Docker Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of security best practices (input validation OWASP Top 10 secret management rate limiting).
