The successful candidate will actively engage with technology and operations teams driving continuous improvement and stability enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support live production environments ensuring optimal system performance.
- Perform incident triage analyze root causes and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with operations teams for end-to-end issue resolution.
- Handle BAU activities including system enhancements and defect fixes.
- Maintain awareness of system health risks and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain scalable applications and Angular.
- Contribute to live environment enhancements and small feature deliveries.
- Troubleshoot issues across APIs UI and backend services.
- Work within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem for deployment and configuration.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and release management.
Qualifications
- Strong experience Angular and REST APIs.
- Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Proven track record in production system support and incident management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work across BAU and delivery workstreams.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proactive responsive and client-centric mindset.
- Experience in financial services or enterprise environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITIL processes is an advantage.
- Adaptable and comfortable working under pressure in live environments.
