Full-Stack Engineer + AI Competency

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in either C#/.NET or Java and proven experience in designing and developing AI-enabled enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong software engineering foundation combined with deep hands-on expertise in modern AI application development including Model Context Protocol (MCP) AI agents reusable AI skills orchestration frameworks and AI harnesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using either:
  • C#/.NET Core and related Microsoft technologies; or
  • Java Spring Boot and related Java technologies.
• Build AI-powered solutions aligned with the objectives of Project Elevate.
• Design and implement MCP servers and clients to connect AI models with enterprise tools applications APIs and data sources.
• Develop and orchestrate AI agents capable of reasoning planning tool usage workflow execution and multi-step task completion.
• Create reusable AI skills tools prompts and workflows for domain-specific use cases.
• Develop an AI harness for model integration prompt execution tool orchestration evaluation observability guardrails and performance monitoring.
• Integrate large language models with existing enterprise applications and engineering platforms.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions using structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Develop APIs microservices backend services and responsive user interfaces.
• Collaborate with product owners architects domain experts verification teams and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application integration model and agent execution issues.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Full-Stack Engineering

• 5–8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in at least one of the following technology stacks:
  • C#/.NET: C# .NET Core Core Web API Entity Framework; or
  • Java: Java Spring Boot Spring Framework REST APIs JPA/Hibernate.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as React Angular JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming design patterns data structures and system design.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Git CI/CD pipelines containerization and cloud-native development.

AI Engineering

Strong hands-on expertise in the following areas is mandatory:

• Designing and implementing Model Context Protocol servers clients tools and integrations.
• Building autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents.
• Developing reusable AI skills tools functions and agent capabilities.
• Creating an AI harness for:
  • Prompt management
  • Model selection and routing
  • Tool invocation
  • Agent orchestration
  • Context management
  • Response validation
  • Evaluation and benchmarking
  • Logging and observability
  • Guardrails and error handling
• Experience with Large Language Models and generative AI application development.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering context engineering structured outputs tool calling and function calling.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration patterns.
• Experience integrating AI models with enterprise applications APIs databases and engineering tools.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation embeddings vector databases chunking document processing and semantic search.
• Understanding of AI evaluation techniques including response quality groundedness relevance accuracy latency and cost.
• Knowledge of responsible AI security privacy hallucination mitigation and human-in-the-loop workflows.
