HeapTrace Technology is looking for passionate Full Stack Engineers to join our growing delivery team in Pune. We are looking for developers who enjoy building end-to-end applications collaborating directly with clients and taking ownership of the complete software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Design develop test and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Build features across frontend backend database and cloud environments.
- Participate in requirement gathering and client discussions.
- Develop clean scalable and maintainable code.
- Perform code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Write unit/integration tests and ensure application quality.
- Deploy applications and support CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Work with AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot Cursor Claude Code etc.) to improve productivity while maintaining code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in at least one Frontend technology: or Angular.
- Proficiency in at least one Backend technology: Java or Python (Django).
- Good understanding of JavaScript TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Git and version control practices.
- Exposure to Cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Good understanding of software design principles debugging and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to interact directly with clients and understand business requirements.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot Cursor or Claude Code for development and testing is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 25 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of one Frontend framework and one Backend technology.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Good understanding of software development best practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
- Experience owning features from development to deployment.
