Full Stack (Backend Focused)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong inclination toward Backend engineering and experience building scalable high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Microservices Architecture and modern distributed systems technologies such as Kafka and Redis.

• Design develop and maintain scalable backend services using and Microservices Architecture.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs event-driven services and distributed systems.
• Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using and .
• Integrate AI-powered features LLMs and intelligent automation capabilities into applications.
• Architect and implement asynchronous communication patterns using Apache Kafka.
• Leverage Redis for caching session management and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Managers Designers and Engineering teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Write clean maintainable and testable code following best engineering practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions code reviews and technical design sessions.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Skills & Experience

Backend (Primary Focus)

• Strong expertise in and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing Microservices-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka event-driven systems and message queues.
• Strong knowledge of Redis caching strategies and performance optimization.
• Experience building scalable REST APIs and backend services.
• Good understanding of authentication authorization security and API best practices.
• Experience with database design and optimization.

Frontend

• Strong proficiency in .

• Knowledge of Kubernetes is preferred.
