Position Summary
Front Office Management
- Greet and assist visitors clients and employees in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence
- Maintain visitor log and issue access badges as required
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness
Administrative Support
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle courier dispatch and postal services
- Maintain records files and documentation accurately
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and correspondence
