Front Line Manager Shift In charge for Spark plug Pre-assembly area.

The purpose of this role is to plan and oversee shift wise production utilize available machinery and manpower for better productivity and fulfillment.

Qualifications :

* B.E in Mechanical Engineering

* 5 years of experience in manufacturing and process planning.

Additional Information :

Production Management : Administer machinery and equipment are functioning effectively in accordance with control plan for on-time production.

People Management: Supervise and develop competent workforce of the manufacturing unit to improve efficiency.

Cross function Collaboration: Participate and organize between internal departments of the manufacturing unit for on-time delivery.

 Digitalization: Contribute for implementing innovative digitization in value stream.

Audit and Compliance: Implement methods across department as per time study standards.

 Bosch Production System: Promote and implement BPS concepts across department for operational excellence.

Inventory Management: Plan and control consumption of spares and raw materials for efficient value stream management.
