Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Property Management SME with strong functional expertise in commercial real estate and Oracle-based property management solutions.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders functional teams and technical teams to implement and support end-to-end property management processes including lease administration tenant billing revenue management and integrations with Oracle Fusion ERP.
The ideal candidate should possess deep domain knowledge in property management operations and hands-on experience implementing Oracle Property Management solutions or similar real estate management platforms integrated with Oracle Fusion Financials.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business process workshops and gather requirements for Property Management.
Design and configure property management solutions covering: Property and Unit Management Lease Administration (Commercial & Residential) Tenant Management Lease Billing and Rent Escalations Service Charges and CAM Recoveries Security Deposits Lease Renewals Amendments and Terminations Property Sales and Reservation Processes Revenue Recognition Broker Commission Management Post-Dated Cheque (PDC) Management Collections and Receivables
Define integration requirements between Property Management and Oracle Fusion modules: General Ledger Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Fixed Assets Cash Management Projects (where applicable)
Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) team for interface design and testing. Support data migration activities including property lease customer and financial master data.
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD) configuration workbooks and test scripts. Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production support.
Provide knowledge transfer and user training. Support cutover planning and hypercare activities.
Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills
8 years of experience in Property Management solutions.
Strong understanding of commercial real estate business processes.
Experience with Oracle Property Management solutions Oracle-based real estate applications or equivalent enterprise property management platforms.
Hands-on experience integrating property management systems with Oracle Fusion Financials.
Experience in data migration and reconciliation. Strong documentation and business analysis skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
Experience with Oracle Lease Management or Real Estate Management solutions.
Experience with property management platforms such as Aspire iEstate Yardi MRI Software or similar.
Understanding of IFRS 16 / ASC 842 lease accounting. Knowledge of commercial leasing and real estate operations in the Middle East is highly desirable.
Experience working on Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
Technical Knowledge
Oracle Fusion Financials Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Oracle BI Publisher / OTBI SQL (basic understanding) Data Migration Templates Excel and reporting tools
Education Bachelors degree in Engineering Commerce Finance Information Technology or a related discipline. Oracle certifications are preferred.
Experience 8-12 years of overall ERP implementation experience.
Minimum 3 full lifecycle Oracle Property Management or Real Estate implementation projects. Experience supporting global delivery models with offshore teams.
Experience working with US or Middle East customers is preferred.
Shift Requirements Offshore role with mandatory overlap during US Central Time business hours as required.
Ability to participate in customer workshops production support and project meetings during overlap hours.
