Work Hours: Overlapped hours with U.S. business teams -2:30 PM to 11:30 IST PM untill 12noon CST Experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experiencedCosting Functional Consultant/ Business Analyst to support Oracle Fusion Supply Chain implementations and ongoing operations with a strong focus on Cost

Management. This role combines functional consulting expertise with core business analysis skills to drive successful project delivery and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Consultant Responsibilities:

Support Oracle Fusion Supply Chain implementations focusingon Cost Management.

Configure and maintainOracle Costing modulesFocusing of cost managementand Subledger accounting.

Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to ensure accurate cost accounting and financial reporting.

Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion SCM modules includingInventory Purchasing Order Management and Manufacturing.

Conduct user training and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Understanding of finance and financial concepts impacted by cost management

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

Gather analyse and document business requirements related to cost management and supply chain processes.

Create and maintain functional specifications process flows and test scripts.

Execute test scripts and validate system functionality during testing phases.

Research and troubleshoot Oracle system warnings errors and unexpected behavior.

Utilize Oracle Support to log track and resolve service requests and product issues.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand business pain points and propose solutions.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams.

Identify opportunities for process improvement automation and system optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Applications with at least 2 years in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain.

Strong expertise in Oracle Cost Management and Subledger Accounting.

Solid understanding of financial principles and their impact on cost accounting.

Proven experience in business analysis including requirement gathering documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Proficiency in test script creation and execution.

Experience in troubleshooting Oracle errors and working with Oracle Support.

Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
