Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant - Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations configuration business process mapping and production support with a primary focus on recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

• Gather analyze and document business requirements related to recruitment and hiring processes.
• Configure and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) to meet business needs.
• Configure recruiting workflows job requisitions candidate experience offers and hiring processes.
• Work closely with HR Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to optimize recruitment processes.
• Configure approval workflows security roles questionnaires recruiting content and notifications.
• Support integrations between ORC and other Oracle Fusion HCM modules and third-party applications.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) configuration documents and test scenarios.
• Participate in SIT UAT Go-Live Hypercare and post-production support activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations reports and enhancements.

• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

• Experience with Fast Formula HDL HSDL Spreadsheet Loaders and HCM Extracts.
• Knowledge of BI Publisher OTBI and HCM reporting.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation enhancements and support projects.
• Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification (preferred).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
