- Perform ad-hoc technical evaluations for candidates sourced by external partners when required.
- Develop and update internal training resources to enhance baseline ServiceNow literacy among non-technical staff.
- Strictly safeguard all candidate information assessment methodologies and sensitive business data in accordance with confidentiality protocols.
- Possess over 15 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow gained through implementation consulting or architectural roles.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in platform scripting (Glide Business Rules Script Includes ATF) Flow Designer and integration patterns (IntegrationHub REST/SOAP APIs).
- Bring prior experience in interviewing mentoring or technically assessing other ServiceNow professionals.
