FP&A Analyst (Finance Business Partnering)
Job Summary
Due to the continued and rapid growth of Wise were on the hunt for an ambitious analytical FP&A professional to join our global Finance Business Partnering team in Hyderabad. Youll be part of the team that helps pilot the rocket ship.
Your mission:
- Support the Finance Business Partnering in helping departments understand their cost base manage budgets and optimize efficiency.
- Support budgeting & re-forecasting processes building accurate financial models and forecasts for operating expenses (OPEX) and key business growth drivers.
- Perform actuals vs. forecast variance analysis to identify risks opportunities and trends that support data-driven decision-making across the business.
- Improve existing financial models and BI dashboards to deepen the level of actionable commercial insights delivered to business leads.
- Generate meaningful insights through data backed financial analysis with a clear and concise narrative.
This role will give you the opportunity to:

Qualifications :
A bit about you:
- 2-4 years of relevant Finance Experience.
- Proven ability to build maintain and audit complex financial models in excel/google sheets with experience in variance analysis and budgeting.
- Comfortable building interteam relationships.
- Clear concise communication translating complex financial numbers into simple narratives.
- Proficient in spreadsheet modelling (excel/G-Suite) experience extracting and analysing data and working with modern BI tools.
- Solid grasp of expense classification (fixed vs. variable vendor vs headcount) and general financial statements.
Skills:
- Passionate about what were building at Wise.
- Love digging in data numbers thinking systematically and analysing inter-dependencies.
- Strong communicator: articulate and clear.
- Keen to roll up sleeves and get the job donesm.
- Humble comfortable operating with a level of uncertainty keen to learn.
- Able to operate to defined timelines.
Additional Information :
Bonus points for:
- Professional accounting/finance qualification.
- Prior experience in FInTech Tech SaaS or high-growth international businesses.
- Working knowledge of planning/BI tools like Anaplan Workday or Lightdash.
