About the role

Were looking for a high-energy Founding Growth PM to help us turn early customer conversations into repeatable GTM motion. This role is ideal for an ex-founder early startup operator or entrepreneurial PM who wants to be close to product customers and company-building from day one.

Youll work directly with the founders across customer discovery design partners product feedback positioning outbound experiments demos and early GTM execution.

What youll do

• Run customer discovery and synthesize product/GTM insights
  
• Help manage design partners pilots and customer follow-ups
  
• Create sharp positioning sales collateral demos and customer narratives
  
• Run outbound and growth experiments to identify repeatable demand
  
• Translate customer pain into product roadmap and messaging input
  
• Help build the early GTM motion from 0 to 1
  

Ideal profile

• Former founder early startup operator or highly entrepreneurial PM
  
• High ownership high urgency and founder-like energy
  
• Strong communication product judgment and customer empathy
  
• Comfortable talking to engineering leaders and technical buyers
  
• Able to operate in ambiguity and create structure from scratch
  
• Interest in dev tools AI infrastructure DevOps or engineering productivity
