Food & Beverage Reservations Agent The Hoxton Bengaluru City

What youll do

• Look after restaurant and bar reservations by phone email and online channels responding quickly and with plenty of personality.
• Help guests choose the right outlet time and experience by knowing our menus spaces offers and what is happening around the hotel.
• Enter bookings accurately including dietary needs celebrations accessibility requirements and other useful guest notes.
• Send clear confirmations and handle changes cancellations and special requests without making things feel difficult.
• Keep the restaurant and kitchen teams updated with daily reservation information VIPs large tables and anything that needs extra attention.
• Recognise returning guests and use what we know to make their next visit feel even better.
• Support table management and help balance bookings so our spaces feel lively and service stays smooth.
• Follow up on guest feedback and share useful themes with the F&B leadership team.
• Keep guest information accurate and handled responsibly.
• Support the floor team during busy periods when needed - were one team not separate departments.

• You communicate fluently in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Experience with a restaurant reservation system POS or PMS is useful but we can teach the systems if you bring the right attitude.
