Job Summary
JD - FMD & Materials Compliance Analyst
Overview Drive supply chain transparency and regulatory reporting within a collaborative psychologically safe team environment. Will lead Full Material Disclosure (FMD) initiatives and streamline how we manage compliance data.
Core Responsibilities
- Supplier Outreach: Direct global communication campaigns to secure accurate FMD data ensuring compliance with evolving regulations like PFAS.
- Process Automation: Automate tracking and reporting workflows leveraging tools to extract communication metadata and streamline supplier response management.
- Risk Analysis: Evaluate complex material declarations to proactively identify and mitigate supply chain compliance risks.
Key Skills
- Analytical: Strong ability to synthesize large volumes of raw supplier data into actionable risk assessments for leadership.
- Communication: Clear professional outreach skills required to articulate dense regulatory requirements and secure cooperation from global vendors.
- Key skills: MS Excel and Power BI
- Educational Background: Engineering (preferred)
- Experience: related field experience
- Skill Set: Strong analytical skills proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills
