Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an enterprising Partnerships and Growth Manager who is passionate about improving the mental health infrastructure of the country. The ideal candidate is proactive resourceful and thrives in a dynamic environment.
The candidate will work closely with the leadership team and own B2B growth and partnership initiatives end-to-end. The role will include:

Lead the ideation strategy planning and execution of partnerships and collaborations with corporates NGOs governmental institutions hospitals and other clinical establishments(CNS);

Representing Mann Talks at external events workshops and meetings;

Tracking relevant metrics conversion analysing impact;

Performing any other tasks assigned by the leadership team.

Desirous Candidates Must Have:

5 years of relevant work experience in closing B2B partnerships growing collaborations or similar roles;

Passion for mental health;

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects and outcomes;

Excellent interpersonal and networking skills;

Ability to think strategically while executing on-ground initiatives in a fast-paced environment;

Willingness to travel as required for outreach activities.

Educational Qualification: Science graduates or other any graduate with relevant experience.

Budget – 10 - 12LPA Travel Allowances.
