Financial Controller Mercure Bhubaneswar

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Oversee and manage all operations and matters related to Finance department.
• Monitor budgetary and key performance indicator movements.
• Ensure to liaise with the company auditors and regulators.
• Responsible for all financial and accounting functions of the organization.
• To ensure effective implementation of all Materials Policies & Procedures following local legislation whilst maintaining brand Standards in Materials Management.
• Ensure to manage the development of accounting admissions credit/collections and internal control policies.

Qualifications :

• Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial thinks out of the box.
• Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network.
• Confident in exercising a good judgment in decision making skills.
• Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
• 8 to 10 years of work experience of which at least 3 years in the similar role.
• Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
• Preference shall be given to Chartered Accountant.
• Pre-Opening experience would be an added advantage.
