To support finance and controlling activities through reporting analysis reconciliations budgeting support and process coordination and process compliance while improving data accuracy and supporting system/process-related requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day finance controlling and reporting activities
• Assist in preparation of reports reconciliations and variance analysis
• Support budgeting forecasting and month-end / periodic closing processes
• Ensure accuracy of financial data documentation and compliance with defined processes
• Coordinating with business and finance stakeholders on routine operational requirements
• Support system reporting and process improvement initiatives as required

Required Skill Set

• Advanced understanding of finance controlling and reporting processes
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with problem solving attitude
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel and financial data handling
• Good working knowledge of MS Office PowerBI or similar analytical tools
• Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to learn new systems and support process improvements

Qualifications & Experience Requirement

• Finance Qualification -CA / CA Inter/ CMA / ACCA

• 6-8 years of relevant experiencein finance controlling reporting or accounting support roles
• Experience in Manufacturing industry
• Experience in operations controlling preferred
• Experience in anERP-based environmentand exposure to reporting / reconciliation activities preferred
