Profile: Finance Manager

Experience:

• 8-10years in finance/accounts with at least 3-4 years in a senior/managerial finance role
• Prior experience in a systems integration IT infrastructure security/surveillance or project-based B2B company preferred
• Hands-on experience managing statutory and internal audits end-to-end
• Experience working with ERP-driven finance operations in a mid-sized organization (100 employee scale)

Roles:

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounts operations across the organization
• Own cash flow planning monitoring and forecasting to support project and working capital needs
• Oversee ERP-based financial processes procurement-to-pay order-to-cash GL inventory/project costing
• Coordinate and lead statutory internal and tax audits; liaise with auditors and resolve queries
• Prepare and review MIS reports budgets and variance analysis for management
• Ensure compliance with GST TDS and other statutory requirements
• Monitor receivables/payables and vendor/client payment cycles especially for project-based billing
• Support costing and margin analysis for solution/project-based sales (CCTV networking fire access control projects)
• Work closely with sales and operations teams on project invoicing billing milestones and revenue recognition
• Supervise and mentor the accounts/finance team

Qualification:

• CA / CA (Inter) / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Strong working knowledge of accounting standards GST and TDS regulations
• Prior exposure to project/contract-based billing is an advantage
