Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for critical payment applications.
- Perform real-time monitoring of payment transactions and application health.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Payments in NEFT RTGS and NACH transactions.
- Conduct incident investigation root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and troubleshoot message flows queues and middleware components.
- Coordinate with Development Infrastructure and Business teams for issue resolution.
- Strong Payments domain experience with NEFT/RTGS/NACH.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database SQL query writing and performance tuning.
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix and log analysis.
- Experience with IBM MQ or RabbitMQ including queue management and message flow troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work in shift rotations at client site.
