Job Summary
- Install configure and maintain IT hardware and infrastructure systems
- Provide on-site technical support at customer locations
- Troubleshoot desktops servers network devices printers and peripherals
- Install and configure operating systems software and applications
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and networking issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN WAN Wi-Fi switches and routers
- Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams for escalated issues
- Maintain service reports installation records and customer documentation
- Respond to customer service calls and ensure timely issue resolution
- Support AMC / service contracts and maintain customer relationships
- Travel to client sites as required
