Field Supply Associate
Job Summary
- Conduct proactive on-site and field-based candidate sourcing across operational roles including logistics warehousing production maintenance and delivery teams.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking community engagement job fairs and outreach at industrial zones and labor hubs.
- Screen assess and pre-qualify candidates based on job requirements experience and cultural fit using structured interview techniques.
- Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom initial contact to offer acceptanceensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role-specific needs define job expectations and align on candidate evaluation criteria.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to track candidate progress maintain data accuracy and generate performance reports.
- Stay updated on labor market trends wage benchmarks and regulatory compliance within the operations sector.
- Collaborate with HR and training teams to support onboarding and integration of new hires into operational workflows.
- Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment metrics sourcing effectiveness and market talent availability.
- 1 years of experience in recruitment preferably within operations logistics manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements in field-based or hands-on roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse candidate profiles in high-volume environments.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools ATS platforms and digital communication channels.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
- Knowledge of labor laws compliance standards and safety protocols relevant to field operations.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to remote or industrial locations as needed.
- High level of adaptability resilience and a proactive mindset for problem-solving in fast-paced settings.
- Experience working with blue-collar or semi-skilled labor markets.
- Familiarity with unionized environments or collective bargaining processes.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g. PHR CIPD or equivalent) is a plus.
