Field Service & Technical Operations Engineer

At The Whole Truth were rebuilding the worlds trust in food. As we scale our automated smoothie vending network across India were looking for a hands-on Service Engineer who will ensure our vending systems operate reliably and consistently across multiple locations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems in the field and working with a combination of mechanical electrical refrigeration automation and dispensing systems.

The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation preventive maintenance troubleshooting and performance optimization of automated smoothie vending machines deployed across India.

The role requires frequent travel and a strong bias toward ownership and problem-solving. You will be the first line of support for machine uptime and operational excellence.
