Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Install commission and troubleshoot solar systems.
Provide on-site service and maintenance support.
Attend customer complaints and resolve technical issues.
Support dealers and installers with technical assistance.
Submit service reports and coordinate with the ASM.
Travel within the assigned territory for field visits.

Requirements

ITI / Diploma / B.E. / (Electrical Electronics Renewable Energy or related field).
13 years of field service experience (Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply).
Knowledge of solar systems is preferred.
Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
Willing to travel extensively.

Required Skills:

Sales/ Marketing/ field Sales/ Dealer and Distributor handling

Required Education:

ITI / Graduation
