Job Summary

We require a Field Sales Executive who can speak good English and can join immediately.

The role involves selling an Educational product called an Olympiad Exam to the Principals of various schools in his/her area.

It is compulsory to visit daily minimum 3-4 schools and submit the report by the end of the day to the Team Leader.

The working hours will be equal to school timings (9 AM - 5 PM) Salary 20 -25000 per month ( generating a business of 100000 for the company will lead to 30000 salary per month).

Required Skills:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology Counselling Guidance and Counselling or a related field. Professional certification or registration in counselling (e.g. from the Rehabilitation Council of India or equivalent). 25 years of experience in school counselling youth mental health or educational support services. Strong understanding of child and adolescent development trauma-informed care and ethical counselling practices. Excellent communication active listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with students parents and staff. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced educational environment.
