Job Summary

Our organization is expanding its field operations team in Indore and is looking for dedicated individuals to serve as Field Executives. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our corporate services and the endcustomers who rely on us for timely support and accurate information. As a Field Executive you will be the face of the company on the ground responsible for executing a variety of tasks that directly influence customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The daytoday activities will involve traveling to designated locations within the assigned territory often using a personal twowheeler. Upon arrival you will engage with customers to understand their needs verify service details and collect any required data. This information is then entered into our mobile CRM system ensuring that the central office has realtime visibility into field activities. Accurate documentation is essential as it feeds into performance metrics and helps identify areas for service improvement.

Effective communication is at the heart of this position. You will need to convey information clearly listen actively to customer concerns and provide solutions or guidance on the situations where immediate resolution is not possible you will be expected to log the issue coordinate with relevant internal teams and follow up to ensure closure. Your ability to manage multiple interactions while maintaining a professional demeanor will directly impact the companys reputation.

Time management is another critical component. Each day is structured around a schedule of visits and you will be expected to meet or exceed the target number of client engagements. This requires planning routes efficiently anticipating traffic conditions and adapting to unforeseen changes such as client cancellations or urgent requests. The role also includes occasional participation in local promotional events product demonstrations or community outreach programs providing you with a broader perspective on how our services are perceived in the market.

Safety and compliance are nonnegotiable. All field activities must be conducted in accordance with company policies local regulations and health guidelines. You will be required to wear appropriate protective gear when necessary and report any safety incidents immediately. Additionally you must maintain a valid driving licence and ensure that your twowheeler is roadworthy as these are essential for timely task completion.

Performance in this role is measured through a combination of quantitative and qualitative indicators. Key performance indicators (KPIs) include the number of successful client visits accuracy of data captured customer satisfaction scores and adherence to schedules. Incentives and allowances are tied to these metrics offering a clear link between effort and reward.
