Field Collection Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Collection Officer to join our team in Ranchi. As a Field Collection Officer you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers in the field ensuring timely and efficient collection of dues.

Responsibilities include:

As a Field Collection Officer you will be working in a fast-paced environment interacting with customers and internal stakeholders on a daily basis. You will be responsible for meeting collection targets maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.

We offer a competitive salary package including a monthly salary of INR 17000 a petrol allowance of INR 5000 and a mobile recharge allowance of INR 500. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including PF and ESI.
